BREATHE

Some times I forget to do the most important thing in life, breathe. It seems like I need a constant reminder. How can I forget such a simple thing? All I need to do is inhale and exhale. It brings oxygen to my lungs, which creates energy. I remember to breathe on a regular basis and when I weight train, but why not in other circumstances? Maybe I'm thinking too much.

Breathing also helps clear the mind. During stressful circumstances, take a couple of deep breathes and relax.

A reminder to self: "BREATHE."
